kukeltje:I think it is not picked up since that in the stack trace it shows that its trying to connect to the localhost 

  | javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: localh
  | ost, port: 25;

but i'm mentionning in the jbpm.cfg.xml that it should get connected to another server not the localhost 
.How could i be sure that the config is picked up?
