[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - JBoss 3.2.8 SP1 not running on Windows server 2003 Enterpris

Dear All

I copied the working Jboss 3.2.8 SP1 directory structure from a Windows XP machine to a Windows server 2003 Enterprise Edition, using same build of JDK, i.e, JDK1.3.1_20. But its giving the below mentioned output on console and not restarting. 
Where am I wrong ? Please help..........
