The forum post talks about it, but says that commenting out DTDs is not optimal. The JIRA also talks about it in regards to SeamTest, but there are no replies or comments at all.

Is it really understood and accepted that when the JBoss site is down, all Seam apps crash until it comes back up, or did I miss some configuration option that everyone else but me knows about? It is really unacceptable that our application depends on a third party site to be functional. Can they be locally hosted?
