Did you read the documentaiton? http://jbws.dyndns.org/mediawiki/index.php?title=User_Guide#Web_Service_Clients I agree that it is not very clear, but the steps are all there is you look for them.

I also have another resource that has the steps laid out more clearly, but it is not free, I can supply the url if you like.
