This is a known issue with eclipse 3.3.1 and Leopard.

Known workarounds:

1) Don't use Leopard ;)

2) Use Eclipse 3.3.2 (but don't upgrade to WTP 2.0.2 since they introduced a regression bug in there that prevents proper deployment of Seam)
