[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - how to shutdown jboss

i used to start my Jboss 4.2.2 like


  | run.sh -b 10.11.114.12

but when i tried to shutdown like 

shutdown.sh 

it is showing error 

  | javax.naming.CommunicationException: Could not obtain Connection to any to these urls: localhost:1099thanQ

then i tried like 

  | shutdown.sh -S 10.11.114.12
  | 

any suggetions
