Looking at the error, it was caused (or reported by) the class com.dwsolutions.pta.ejb.services.cachemanager.CacheManagerBean. There is no such class in JBossAS.  So this class must be part of your application, perhaps a third-party library. You need to find out what the issue is with that library.
