Hi,

Even we are facing a similar issue.

It gives the following error

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread 

Is it because of the jvm arguments not matching, I mean whether we need to fine tune it with respect to the hardware ?

We also use similar arguments
-Xms3g -Xmx3g -XX:ThreadStackSize=128 -XX:+UseParallelGC -XX:MaxPermSize=256m -XX:NewRatio=1 

Please let me know whether the above arguments are to be fine tuned. 

We use SunOS version 5.1
