Actually i did not create it.
It was bundled with the JBoss 4.3 EAP software tar.qz file.
There are 3 folders under server 
jboss1 , jboss2, jboss3

No folder structure like minimal,default,all like in Jboss 4.2.3 GA free versions.

I thought jboss1 will be minimal, jboss 2 default and jboss 3 will be all.

so i used the same command to start it, like i do in Jboss 4.2.3 GA free versions
./run.sh -c default -b 0.0.0.0
here i did
./run.sh -c jboss2 -b 0.0.0.0

Note:
No application is deployed yet its just a plain server with out any apps.
