a) For the host to respond to http://rocky.webpage/ please check your apache configuration

b) once your host responds to http://rocky.webpage/, then it will automatically respond to http://rocky.webpage/web-console (unless you have configured to access only through localhost and other changes in uriworkermap.properties)
