By mistake I posted my "test-configuration" to see if it might work with the default-attribute.

This is, what I wanted to post:

<attribute access="read-write" getMethod="getHotFolderPath" setMethod="setHotFolderPath">
  | 
  |     <description>MyDescription</description>
  |     <name>HotFolderPath</name>
  |     <type>java.lang.String</type>
  |     <descriptors>
  |       <value>"halloTest"<value/>
  |     </descriptors>
  |   </attribute>
  | 

But this does not work either.
