The application server was run from Eclipse and using run.bat - the issue is the same. User is the administrator of the pc so there is no issue regarding permissions writing to that folder. Other applications are running ok and with no problem only this with SCA (Tuscany) have such problems. This application runs on Tomcat with no problem, so the issue to my mind is the configuration of JBoss. The link i've wrote seams to have the same issue with SCA deploy but it was JBoss 4.05 and corrections of JBoss configuration according to that solution doesn't help.
