would my applicationx.ml then have to look like the following?

<?xml version="1.0"?> 

<display-name>Hello Java EE World!</display-name> 
<web-uri>web-app.war</web-uri> 
<context-root>/hello</context-root> 


do i need the module & web tags here?
what exactly do I need to do wih the code tags?

Finally yes I have placed the helloworld.ear in the server/all/deploy directory
