You might be better off asking this on a Eclipse-related forum (such as http://www.coderanch.com/forums/f-12/IDEs-Version-Control-other-tools) since it is specific to Eclipse.

Unless you are also using JBoss Tools, in which case the JBoss Tools (users) forums might be a good place to ask (most likely this issue is not Tools related).
