Thank for the reply, I tried various versions and the problem was the same.

I actually found the sollution: Because of weblogic we had to use the  
<property name="hibernate.query.factory_class">org.hibernate.hql.classic.ClassicQueryTranslatorFactory</property>

After removing this line jbpm work prefectly.
