Right now, no. Those examples aren't available in AS 5.

If you want only EJB3 tutorials for AS5, they are here http://www.jboss.org/ejb3/docs/. But i agree that the JSF and Seam examples that you referring are good ones too. Maybe they will be available for As 5 in future.
