[jboss-user] CMSException

Hi to all,
I am using jboss portal 2.7.2.
CMS portlet gives an exception CMSException: Access to this resource is
denied.

After some search, i found
jboss-portal.sar/portal-cms.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml 

And i changed below line in this file
<attribute name="CmsRootUserName">adminUser</attribute>

now, if i login to system as a "adminUser" there is no problem.
But if i login to system as any other user, it gives again CMSException.

How can i solve this issue?
