[jboss-user] [JBoss Tools (users)] - determining which version of JBoss Tools I have in JBDS

I want to know which version of JBoss Tools (and other plugin versions) I'm using in JBDS 2.0.0.CR2.  What is the best way to do this either from the IDE itself or from a list/website?  thx.
