I have deleted all the other sites now from Eclipse Update Site except these ones:

http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo/ 
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.5

So if i get you right i should keep trying this for a while longer. If it doesn't work i will report this bug to bugs.eclipse.org for 1.

Please let me know if there is something else i need to do here? Thank you again for all your help and time with this problem.
