ha...just found the solution:

Edit jboss/server/profile/conf/jboss-service.xml, in TransActionManager section add a line true;

The whole section will look like this.
   
      300
      true
      ${jboss.server.data.dir}/tx-object-store
   
 Then there will be statistics.
