[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - CSS file not recognized on intial load but found all the tim

When I first access the application via a broswer the intial page shows the markup without any of the CSS styles applied. If I navigate to anther page the CSS markup is all there. I am using templates via "ui:composition template="/templates/layout.xhtml">". Has anyone experienced anything like this?
