btw. your stacktraces are not related to JBoss Tools but for eclipse jsp and tigris svn.

Your error about jmx i'm looking into but I cannot reproduce it and it looks more like an known eclipse update manager bug - have you done other updates on this eclipse than this current nightly version ?
