well, validator gave me this error, so I assume I could post this here

(or just tell me where and I'll move to)

I have to use spanish (ISO Latin-1) web pages, I already defined everything on eclipse but it still giving me error in the 'value' tag

to configure the server (jboss) is another thing, but...

what I have to do so solve this problem ?
