Well,

By changing the jboss deployment order, I managed to solve the issue.
But that's really not elegant, I'm sure there is a better way to configure (with a Mbean dependancy ? with a ressource-ref ?)
Anyway, I still wonder why it was working with hssql and why I met such issues with mysql.
