does this and is referred to from
<sim-process path="/ReturnDefectiveGoods/processdefinition.xml">
  |     <process-overwrite 
  |       start-distribution="ReturnDefectiveGoods.ReturnDefectiveGoods"/>

A little further on in the example. But I only tried this once so not 100% sure
