Once I've made the question clear the answer came to me clean :)
http://docs.jboss.org/jbossas/jboss4guide/r4/html/ch9.chapt.html describes the configuration of 'The Valve element'. AccessLogValve records all requests.
Config file JBoss AS5 is 'jboss-5.0.1.GA\server\standard\deploy\jbossweb.sar' .
Sample log is:
127.0.0.1 - - [02/Nov/2009:11:59:21 +0300] "GET /svl/ HTTP/1.1" 200 451
