Figured it out.  Thanks!  From another post on multiple services.

 I ran each JBoss instance as a service and then using PsService: 
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897542.aspx
I was able to start/stop the service remotely within my domain.  Thanks alot!
