1) It's always recommended *not* to install Java or JBoss in any folder containing a space in its path name. It's better to move the Java installation to maybe C:\Java

2) The JAVA_HOME should point to the root folder of the JDK installation. In your case, it should point to C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_16

So set it appropriately.
