well I just found the solution

editing the file anonymous wrote : org.eclipse.wst.common.component in anonymous wrote : ...workspace/myproject/.setting

I removed this line

  | <wb-resource deploy-path="/WEB-INF/dev" source-path="/src/hot"/>
  | 

and everything is normal again

I don't know if this is a bug or I just forgot to do something
