Hi Sanita:
  I think you can upload a file to the server and set it to the process variable, or you can store the file into disk and set the path of file to the process variable.

  I see you want to use freemarker form, do you mean the form-plugin? I think it will more easied to do it by yourself, beside to wait for form-plugin imple this feature.
