We ended up tearing down the DB and recreating it again and again until it worked.

We did that several times and realized deploying duplicate processes was screwing up the database, causing our issue.



Once we tore down the DB and recreated it (and ensured we didn't try to deploy duplicate) everyone appeared to be working as intended.
