I guess you face this issue  https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-6132 https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-6132. This might be a reason for class loading errors. Workaround is to close all editors and restart eclipse.
Would be good to know what steps lead to this exception in your environment.
Do you have any other exceptions in Error Log view?
