Seam-gen didn't add KB builder to the project that is requered for Code assist. The simplest way to do it is desabling/re-enabling Seam support for the project. BTW if you open any XHTML file then Visual Page Editor should warn you and offer to add this builder to the project. Also there should be a warning with quick fix in problems view.
