Thank you for update. It looks like you need to update jmx feature plugins to CR1 and that should help.
 
Problem you have happens because JBoss AS tool has not declared version for jmx dependency in its manifest. It starts and seems to work until it gets to classes that was introduces in jmx tool since CR1, but you have jmx tool M4 and that's the reason of ClassNotFoundException, because jmx tool M4 just has no such classes.
