Thanks a lot for the answers Ronald, ok the code for deploy the image is this:
 
NewDeplyment deploy = repositoryService.createDeployment().addResourceFromClasspath("example.jpdl.xml");
deploy.addResourceFromClasspath("example.png");
deploy.deploy();
 
Thats all, very easy
