I just tried this similar example against 6.0.0 M2 with a simple jar. Everything worked fine. Can you please provide more details about your .ear? Or can you attach the .ear or a trimmed down version of that .ear, which reproduces this issue, to this thread? Also does any of the jars or the ear have any Class-path entries in the MANIFEST.MF files? If yes, try removing those entries.
