Is your Oracle .so in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH? If not, add it to that, and remove the -Djava.library.path= entry from the command line, the default value for that is the LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Or you could set -Djava.library.path=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
