Apparently, fix submitted for https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5033was not tested.
I updated xulrunner-linux-gtk-x86_64_1.9.1.2a.jar to have the same version 1.9.1.2a in manifest. I verified it locally and it worked for me.
It should work now on hudson and build http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/job/jbosstools-nightly-3.1.0.CR2/130 has been started to verify that. Tests are disabled for this build to get results faster.
