yes  i   understantd  the process.if only one user uses the task  i can assign it design time
 
but  the task may be assigned  to  any one of the users(Britto,Selva,Sasi)  at run time
.if  britto sign in first.he may  be accessed.if selva sign in first he may be accessed.
if sasi sign in first he may be accessed.
 

i would like to  know  how to do at runtime.
 
please help me. i am in need of urgent.
