Based on your examples, it looks like JBoss files are found but your own files are not.  Is that true?

Have you read Section  http://docs.jboss.org/jbossremoting/2.5.2.SP3/html/ch09.html 9.  "Remote classloading facility" of the Remoting Guide ( http://docs.jboss.org/jbossremoting/2.5.2.SP3/html/ http://docs.jboss.org/jbossremoting/2.5.2.SP3/html/) carefully?

You might need to configure the Remoting EJB3 connector with the classloader associated with your EAR.
