You found a bug in the binary distribution installation process (as well as in the continuous integration procedure, as it went undiscovered), see  https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBWS-3048 https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBWS-3048 .
There're basically two possible workarounds while the issue is being worked:
- first install 3.2.2 and then 3.3.0
- use the src distribution instead of the bin distribution, as that should be able to properly uninstall the ws stack coming by default
