Hi,
anonymous and non-anonymous give access to exactly the same sources. The reason you can't checkout that branch is that it does not exist anymore, as that version has been tagged for release.
So, you need to use  http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbossws/common/tags/jbossws-common-1.2.2.GA/ http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbossws/common/tags/jbossws-common-1.2.2.GA/ (please note "tags" instead of "branches").
