hmm Yes.. Drools flow is a community project right now, but it has a great community around. You can join the mailing list to see all the activity. And as far as I understand there will be a rebranded to jBPM5 and productized. Take a look at the following links:

And remember Drools Flow is not just BPM, you can also take advantage of all the features inside the Drools Platform (Business Rule Engine, and Complex Event Processing features).
So I strongly recommend you to check out Drools as a platform and the jBPM 5 snapshots, you will notice a lot of similarities between them :)
