dude, looking at your problems is stopping all my work ;-)
what version of jBPM are you using anyways? Did you notice there is not a single jbpm class in your stacktrace?
To me it seem like you are trying to persist your ExecutionImpl entity on your own by using spring annotation and/or the Hibernate tempate stuff
