What are the IP addresses assigned to the server? The -b 0.0.0.0 option will attempt to connect to all of them. At minimum, the server must be assigned the 4 IP addresses associated with indianeagle in the hosts file.

I am not sure what other problems having 'indianeagle' mapped to multiple IP addresses migth cause, see if this web page helps:  http://jblevins.org/computing/linux/hostname http://jblevins.org/computing/linux/hostname
