I wasn't able to get the JBoss Tools to work at all until I installed one of the development releases. (I'm on a Mac, and apparently XulRunner support hasn't been included in a stable release yet). Then everything worked fine.

So maybe using this update link would help you:  http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/ http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/
