Take a look at the user guide regarding installation. You basically just install JBossWS-Native on top your JBossAS with JBossWS-CXF. The installer takes care of everything, just be sure the version you're installing supports your target container:  http://community.jboss.org/docs/DOC-13569 http://community.jboss.org/wiki/JBossWS-SupportedTargetContainers
