It can be a broken transaction and the TxManager try to cleanup it.
Can you try a restart and delete server's tmp and work directory and also the data/tx-store (this will help in such case)

But I suppose that de.eskalon.kn.garuda... is your implementation, right?
Could it be that a timer is started each 20sec?
Do you have checked whether the connector works in general?
