Dear Adam,
this exception occured when the current port is already in use or the address cannot be assigned, 
you can download TCPView applications which show all processes & their ports :
 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897437 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897437

try changing the default port to something like 8282.
