The new maven configurator is available from the nightly builds update site :  http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/trunk/ http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/trunk/

It detects (and installs) the JAX-RS facet version from any JAX-RS dependency found in the classpath (Jersey, Resteasy ...)
